I sent E-mail to USR and got a fairly prompt response. I had been trying MANY different intialization strings but USR seems to think that the 'AT&F1' is as good as any.
They did sugguest to use CYBERCOM.DRV as the communication driver, rather than COMM.DRV which ship with Win 3.11 and WFG. They also said to be sure that the high speed UART setting is on in the SYSTEM.INI.
